More Lucchese Boots Sales...

... but I think I slept through it this time.

So it's about 5:10 last night and I think I vaguely remember hearing the doorbell ring.  Even though the shop closes at 5:00 I guess Dan let the nice lady in and probably treated her with excellence and professionalism as usual.  I'm assuming that's what happened because when I woke up this pair of boots was missing:

What can I say?  The lady had great taste!

The guy who bought these Viberg hand-made boots today thankfully did not disturb me much.

He disturbed me much more the other day when Dan took all that time to record his foot measurements and make sure that he was getting the right tool for his job.  Dan calls that "excellent customer service" or something like that.

Boy the guys sure are staying up late to list their boots and shoes on the internet at AshlandBoots.com.  I prefer it to be a bit darker in MY abode around this time; but if this is how they want to bring home the cat-bacon then... whatever!

Monday's Lucchese boot sale

Yet again, my torpor was obstructed as yet another customer invaded my personal space to receive their outstanding customer service to purchase yet another pair of Lucchese hand made boots.

How am I supposed to sleep in the front area when all these people keep coming in to buy Lucchese hand made boots and Viberg hand made boots?  Lying around in the middle of the carpet may look like laziness to you, but it's a major part of my life!

Don't these people realize that the carpet in the front exists so that I can take naps on it?...  not so that they can come in for outstanding customer service and purchase hard-to-find quality handmade footwear!!!

It's a good thing my caretakers are much better at fixing shoes, fixing boots, and providing customers with quality hand made boots and shoes than they are at using the English language properly!

The guys have been selling their Lucchese hand made boots quite a bit more lately.

It's making it much more difficult to sleep in the front area.  It's already difficult enough to relax in the back what with all their shoe repair machines whirling and their shoe repair glues fuming up the place.

Seeing as I can't be left alone by those who have now more than strongly exhorted me to begin sharing my life on the world wide web, I have no remaining prudent choice but to submit to them.  One who sleeps sixteen hours in the span of a day typically won't be bothered with such things, but it is the new millennium now, and even the most civilized of felines most now be "online."  Bah...
